Roller Replacement
Worn steel rollers swapped for quiet long-life nylon rollers — the single biggest noise upgrade.
Garage door rollers travel an average of 1,500 trips a year, running along steel tracks through cold winters and hot summers. Steel rollers wear and get noisy. Nylon rollers with sealed ball bearings run quieter, require no lubrication, and last significantly longer. Upgrading to high-cycle nylon rollers is often a more effective noise fix than an opener replacement.
What sets our service apart
Quiet, Long-Life Nylon Rollers
We install nylon rollers with sealed steel ball bearings rated for 20,000-plus cycles. No lubrication needed, no metal-on-metal grinding, and noticeably quieter operation than the steel rollers that came with most builder-grade doors.
Full Set Replaced — All 10 or 12
A standard single-car door has 10 rollers; a double has 12. Replacing only the worst ones leaves worn rollers to fail shortly after. We replace the full set for consistent, balanced performance.
Track Inspection Included
Worn rollers often leave scoring inside the track. We inspect the track for wear, deformation, and alignment issues while the rollers are out — catching problems before they cause a derailment.
