Off-Track Repair
Doors knocked off track from impact or wear are realigned, inspected, and tested before we leave.
A door that is off-track will not close fully, strains the opener, and can drop unexpectedly if forced. Off-track derailments happen from vehicle impacts, broken cables causing an uneven drop, worn rollers slipping out of the track, or a bent or separated track section. Pushing the door back into the track without fixing the root cause means it will come off again.
What sets our service apart
Root Cause Diagnosis
We find what caused the derailment — bent track, broken cable, worn roller, damaged bracket — and fix it. Reinstalling the door without addressing the cause is a temporary fix at best.
Track Inspection and Straightening
Minor track bends can be straightened on-site. Sections with severe deformation are replaced. We check the full track run, not just the spot where the door came off.
Full Travel Test Before We Leave
We run the door through its full travel multiple times — both on the opener and manually — to confirm smooth, even movement and proper roller seating throughout.
